MKTG stratagy‏

Introduced walls icecream cheap and and took over so many crore clients. But baskin another american concentrated only on clients who can buy Rs 150 / - and above .

Mac does same but sells cheap icecream for footfall. 

I concentrated only on top for my insurance and Sandhya was attending others. So I cud get big awards and commission of Rs 5 to 9 lacs those yrs. 

Concentrate on top class clients . Tour india then world ( on net first ) get best of event idead. Introduce first time and get lot of money and name. And let others handle ur routine work. 

Event management has possibility of turnopver of 10 lacs per yr to 1000 cr a yr and this is India 125 cr population where ambani and bachans r there. U think of them as ur market. 

Focu focus focus , new  ideas, laser shows, Alcazar from Bangkok etc etc ..........sky is the limit.
