But atleast few to give company to sr citizens, and now when we have all settled down, struggle is over then why not spare some time for bed ridden/ sr citizen etc.. • In pvt trust out side contribution not allowed. Then it becomes public trust. Public trust can not give benefits to particular person or group. Hence My proposed trust will not and can not accept any contributions. However everyone can and should make small pvt trust first for themselves as there is no guarantee how when old will be taken care off, then for those who r dependents or on bed etc etc.. • A trust can be also made to pay for education, look after a property etc etc.. I have declared my wish as should anything happen to me when money arrives at that time some one from my share will implement my wish. As I see daily many depart holding some wish or other and dreams remain dream. But everyone found excuse ( may be genuine) , thought of each others inconvenience etc etc. So it only when Nana departed that Hema and her sis and bro stayed together for 15 days!!!!!! But the departed soul never ever saw all of them together for even 5 days.I think only in Akshus marriage we were all together but then that was a time when seniors and children get side lined due to other pressures. worst happens when the departing sees that they r not united and are not sure that behind them things will be OK. Cant all survivors / youth / children spare 3 to 4 days , reassure parents that we r all made of each other and will be always united. I propose 2 resolutions for myself : 1. Host a Diwali get together of 3 days so every one of us are here. I will foot all the ill but place, time and venue ( good place where we can all live together ( say Khanvel or a Devlali , or aggarawal ashram at Lonavala or Alibaug birla sanatorium or TB itself) . Can we all live like that for 3 days ...just 3 days where daddy and J B Nagar mummy are there with us and we don't combine any other occasion with that , Sushamajiji no shopping and like wise and be only together ( some may miss out but at least those who can must)???? 2. As and when I get money ( from the any of the property) I will take out some money say Rs. 50 lacs from my share for the purpose of medical care of all family members for life time. • Group A =( each and every paisa for medicine, care, equipment, hospitalization,attendant, maid,cook,travel (in sickness,diapers, operations, surgeries, old aged home, modification of toilet,vehicle etc etc) 1. B L Tholiya and his children (4), 2. Alok Tholiya, his spouse, children (2) and their spouse and their children....... • Groups B: Necessary medical treatment, hospitalization, surgeries expenses in case of critical illnesses or as requested in Part or full as per the expenses of trustees of private trust. capital amount can be broken for group A and other group from interest from capital. However trustees can decide to break capital if situation demands. 1. Mrs Gangwal ( Amma) Ahmadabad 2. Spouses of my sisters and their children 3. Mrs Shakuntala Jain (1) and her children (3) with spouses(3) 4. parents in law of Pra and Ak 5. Mrs Premlata Jain (1) 6. Shri and Smt Mahavir Tholiya(2) 7. Shamim Dalvi Group C: Some contribution only from interest earned can be given on recommendation of members of group A. distant relatives, staff,well wishers, neighbors, helpers, temple staff etc .. • Of course system of gradation ( pl. do not mind ) will be there for benefits but ultimately for critical illness all will be covered. This is a rough points but is definitely for creating a record should anything happen to me ... Now why I am writing this. Big show?????? No... We all desire to do some thing but leave suddenly without proper paper work / wish declared / without preparing will so finally your wish dies with you. Or chances are that one suddenly becomes so much ill ( like I am fast loosing memory and sure it is dementia) and then in sickness no one can ever execute his desire. So it is not early. I am forwarding this to Ad Jalan who can draft it legally and send back. However as made clear above trust will take shape only when money comes thru first transaction of any one building.
