Networking is best solution and such mail circulated to all should normally yeild results.
I am suggesting some changes, weigh them and resend to me for circulation:
I am looking out for a Personal Driver on a monthly salary of around Rs. 10000/- per month (negotiable) for Maruti SX4 car currently.
2.non-alcoholic.
6.Should have minimum 5 years of driving experience of big cars.
7.Preferably from in and around Andheri so that commuting in the night is not a major hurdle.
8.Shall have to undergo Police Verification Process as per Rules

Now pl.. note that we r not having any HR/ personel dept in pvt life so asking/ expecting others to throughly investigate, interview, go in detail willl be scaring them.
That is what we have to do. Even female members of family can assist you once u put responsibilities on her. And if u dont then :
1. U r rusting them
2. U r burdening urslf
3. U r not realisisn that khali dimag .........ghar so let all of them share responsibilities
4. Lot of family progress gets delayed because one person wants to do everything or one person is expected to do everything ( my case) rest only expect, do shopping, order, and then comment on what I do. Let us recreate team in our own family and captain remains captain and not tractor. And then comes the roll of joint family which is not only for eating togather or assembling at functions in expensive clothes to show one has become rich but to feel one and share pain and responsibilities and acknowledge good work done by some one.
I am not sure ( pl. never mind my outspoken attitude and mail copy to others but try and grab best) but it seems we make our wife, mother and children weak, dependent and not ready to face the world.
Mina is very educated and capable if had continued in university may be she would have reached enviable position, Rasana is dynamic and mummy is from present modern world who has seen more countries then all of us have. but we have kept them all in cocoon.
They can be your extended arm but u hv to leave few things on them and must hv confidence on them. Besides finally as per dadaji " if u make mistakes then put in your akkal khata / debit to your learning account".
Let ppl. come for interview at fix time and two of these ladies can do it and after one or two round can send for final decision to you.
Give underneath guide lineds to female members for first round and finally you should decide from their selections:

1.Duty would be for 12 hours per day from 12 noon to 12 midnight initially for some time. Once the arrangement is in order then we might change the timings.

Non alcoholic must as alcoholic can turn in to petty to big criminals anytime and u cant fight a alcoholic. His friend circle will be also bad as they r not party drinkersbut habitual .
3.Should be efficient in Driving and not be very fast / rash.
4.Shall have to wash the car daily. I hv not seen any driver daily washing car? Find out.
and ensure in keeping the car clean at all times.Yes.and can wash car one of the days when car washman does not turn up.
5.Shall have to help in carrying my handicapped son from home to car and back and also take care of him whenever he is left behind in the car by us.

7.Preferably from in and around JB Nagar, Andheri (East) area so that commuting in the night is not a major hurdle. PPl travel for job from Palghar, Dombivali etc etc . So dont limit ur self but as y rightly said preferably.Only thing is if u delay too much then pay for auto in night.
