Now as a landlord can I publish names and photos of defaulter tenants who do not pay rent of Rs 30/- p.m. for a room but pay Rs 400/- for TV? One tenant Chadha has two car worth over Rs 10 lacs but does not pay rent for 25 years. If I choose to file a case then I will recover the rent but will have to pay to advocates fees over rs 1 lacs and will have to visit court several times where there is no respect or dignity to litigants.
